The most important thing at Little Linguists is to make sure all our parents and children are enjoying the nurturing environment we strive to create. We love receiving feedback and reviews from our customers and this gives future customers a glimpse into the care at Little Linguists Nursery.

Our Little Linguists team care and look after all children in a way they would expect their own children to be treated in a nursery. We take great care in recruiting staff who are passionate about working in childcare, so if a customer believes they have received anything less we will aim to quickly put this right.

We are very proud of the exceptional reviews we receive online but we are also keen to hear about how we could be even better. We want all our customers to have a wonderful experience of childcare and are pleased to introduce our amazing ‘happiness guarantee’ for all new families.

Through our many years of experience of building happy, confident children, we are confident your child will have fully settled within their first 12 weeks. After this time, if for any reason  you and your child are 100% happy with the amazing service we provide you are free to hand in your notice without the usual 5 week notice period.

We trust all our Room Leaders to work with you to resolve any concerns that you may have.
